Great selling experience with Warlimont and Nutt

Easy sale process

I very much appreciated Samuel's honest and straight forward approach to business, which is a quality, sadly lacking in the Real Estate Industry today. He was only too happy to put himself out to assist me, not because of a potential sale, but because he genuinely wanted to see me happy with the outcome. Even after the initial sale took place, Sam was only too happy to assist me further with any questions or demands I might have had at the time. Overall, I would rate Samuel highly and would be more than happy to do business with him again in the future.

Comprehensive and Sound
Ten years ago, we bought through Trent at W&N and the experience was excellent. There are many agents to choose from in selling and many different opinions but we decided to stay with W&N, the experienced locals, to sell our property as well - on the condition that Trent was involved. We also have sensitive tenants. From the initial advice on expected price, minor improvements to add appeal, communications with the tenant, appropriate advertising campaign and closing the deal we could not be more pleased and impressed. We were provided with excellent, timely, accurate, intelligent, straight forward advice and service. Our advice is to go with the experts in the area, W&N, ones with a track record and keep Trent as the mentor.

Found Trent Cameron to be very thoughtful , knowledgeable and reliable in all our dealings .
Our dealings with Trent have been over a period of some 6 years and in that time he has provided us with advise that we have thought carefully about before making any decisions and found that with his communication between ourselves and other parties he is able to put together agreements that as a vendor are agreeable to us . This was able to be done with experience , communication and a dogadness attitude to bring a forward an agreement with his Real Estate knowledge. We will continue to use his services in Real Estate entities that we become involved with.

Very personable whilst displaying a deep knowledge of the market
Trent was great in a very demanding environment. Selling a house is a daunting experience, let alone during the Covid pandemic. We appreciated Trent’s commitment, calmness and persevere during this time. If you are after an agent for all seasons - Trent’s your man. His support staff are also excellent.
