Warren is a person with integrity, sincerity, and goes beyond the call of duty to help you to meet your goals in finding that special property. Even after the contract was signed, and past the cooling off period, Warren would ensure I had help with arranging property inspections, and would provide details of reliable and trusted tradesmen where needed. He had a genuine interest in ensuring I was happy and content with the full sale process. Even after settlement, Warren continues to be interested to see how I am in settling in my new home. He is still keen to provide me with any help he could be of assistance. This man is honest. At know point in the sale process was he ever pushy, nor would he say something that wasn't true. Warren's job as I can see, is only to tell you everything you need to know about the property you are viewing. It is solely up to you to make the final decision to buy or not. At the pre-settlement inspection Warren and I spent nearly 2 hours going over my purchase property, working out how things worked etc. Other agents would likely not give you more than 5 minutes.in this process. Warren's business is a family business, and it shows all over. You in around about way become part of that extended family in having purchased your dream home with the family business's assistance. I continue and enjoy to have conversations with Warren past settlement and believe will doing so from time to time going forward. Warren was great! I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Communication was excellent - I knew what was happening at all times, and why it was happening. There’s always an exception to the rule and Warren Weick is head and shoulders above the rest.
