We highly recommend Warren and his team.
Warren and his team were very communicative and professional with all aspects of selling our house. From start to finish they were very thorough, informative and helpful, accomplishing the task of selling our house with care and integrity. We were always kept informed, they were always available and willing to discuss our queries and needs and answered us quickly. Warren and his team were a pleasure to work with, lighthearted but serious and professional when the need called for it.

Super agent and all round nice bloke
Warren is a great communicator with a naturally friendly personality. Warren answers his phone, knows his craft and follows through in every aspect of his real estate job. And then there’s personal Warren who, with his great local knowledge goes beyond what is required and helps out. Ask a question and you will get an answer. Would I use him again, definitely. Would I recommend him - 💯

Great communication and always responsive from beginning to end, Warren went beyond expectations
Warren and team were excellent through the sale process. Communication was clear & prompt in terms of the interest expressed and the property viewings. The team went above and beyond my expectations when problems arose and patiently worked through the negotiations. Very happy with the results and the effort expended in a slow and deteriorating market.

Five stars isn't enough
Working with Warren was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. He's incredibly genuine, funny, and refreshingly straightforward, no sales pitch, no pressure, just honest conversations and great advice. The whole process felt relaxed and easy-going, which made what could have been a stressful experience genuinely enjoyable. Warren has an excellent knowledge of the market, communicates clearly, and always made sure we knew exactly where things were at. He was responsive, transparent, and professional every step of the way. By the end of the process, it honestly felt like we'd made a new friend rather than just worked with a real estate agent. If you're looking for someone who's approachable, trustworthy, and genuinely great to deal with, I couldn't recommend Warren highly enough. Five stars all the way.

The exception to the rule as far as Real estate agents go.
Both Warren and his wife Julie have been a pleasure to work with throughout the process of selling my house. They kept me in the loop every step of the way and worked tirelessly, to get the sale across the line in a very challenging market. I can’t sing their praises highly enough.
