Warren delivered in record time
It is hard to express the minor miracle that Warren performed, selling my house in the rapidly changing Bellingen market in record time. He understood exactly what I needed and delivered within a tight timeframe to secure my dream home. His local knowledge is invaluable and reputation as a straight talker well earned. hassle free service!
Through a local recommendation I contacted Warren to show me some properties to purchase in Bellingen. I was travelling from 600km away, when I arrived Warren had organised for me to look through a few properties while I was there. Warren has extensive knowledge of the Bellingen area, not only a great real estate agent but a fantastic tour guide too! being a first home buyer Warren was patient, thorough and understanding of all my questions and concerns. The last property I looked at I fell in love with and decided to purchase, the process was effortless and hassle free. Warren was kind enough to give me a few options of local trades to do inspections of the property he also organised additional visits for myself and my father to inspect. I feel the price of the home was fair and I paid what the house was worth at the time. I had been told by another local real estate agent that I wouldn't be getting into the Bellingen real estate market with my budget, well I did! and with some money to do a few renovations to spare! I highly recommend Warren, he is an easy going, friendly and professional agent with an extensive amount of knowledge of the local property market. The service was above and beyond my expectations and I know who to call if I ever decided to sell!

A Vendor's Friend
Skill and approachability are a paired attribute in Warren and Julie who have an extra advantage in their market knowledge because of their family roots in our area. These attributes were to our advantage as we were dealing with a man we saw as a friend e.g. Warren's care of our son on the school bus route many years ago. Also coupled with his friendliness was his long-standing reputation for genuineness which we rightly expected would make the transactions involved so much less stress-free. Thus we did not need to use RateMyAgent to select Warren. We cannot emphasise how important a friendly, knowledgeable background is in an agent as we realise selling a home of long standing for vendors can be a marketing nightmare (with such issues as preparation, paper work and inspections). Warren and Julie's handling of such matters was done with professionalism, keen insight and even EMPATHY into our specific situations. My observation of Warren also sees these same qualities skillfuly handled for the purchasers in our case. A sensitive double act indeed!

Top bloke that loves his job!!!!
Warren went over and above to welcome my family into a new town. He was always only a phone call away and was always available for me. He definitely knows his stuff and what’s more he took pride in finding the right fit for me instead of trying to make a quick sale. Highly recommend Warren to anyone looking to buy in this area.

Sale of Home with Warren Weick
Warren was our real estate agent in Bellingen when we bought our house in 2013 and when we sold our house in Bellingen 2021. He is a great agent, very knowledgeable of the area and went above and beyond to help us sell our home with no hassles. It was as easy as calling him up to say we want to sell and Warren did the rest. He has a great advantage of knowing the area and the community well - a true local man with ties to the Bellingen community. He knows the market and is honest and straightforward in his approach. Great guy, professional, friendly and trustworthy. I would highly recommend him if you are buying or selling and need an agent.
