Throughout the whole experience buying through Warren we found it quick, easy and without any complications, due to his help at every corner. (local solicitor, inspections, local tradesmen post buying etc). Rarely do you find such an honest and open real-estate agent, which makes life a lot easier during the stressful times of buying, especially in this market! Would highly recommend. He has many local stories to tell as well!

Right from the start Warren went out of his way to accomodate us. He was so welcoming and friendly and treated us like family. He drove us around one Sunday to show us the different areas of Bellingen. We viewed a few houses and he was able to understand exactly what we were looking for. Luckily for us, we were able to a view a house with Warren that was about to go to market and we instantly fell in love with it. Warren made the sale process as simple and smooth as possible. He was able to assist with any questions we had and we really felt that he was not only looking out for us as buyers but also the vendors interests. He got the balance spot on. Warren kept in contact regularly during the settlement period and often checked in to see how we were going. We can’t say enough good things about Warren and are already recommending him to anyone looking at purchasing a property in the area.
