A most effective marketing campaign by a highly skilled Agent
Today my sister and I were fortunate enough to sell our much loved family home of 60 yrs at auction. From the very first engagement of Conor Allen from Warwick Williams Real Estate we were immediately set at ease with his personable and professional manner. His comprehensive knowledge of the marketing process resulted in a very effective campaign which reached out to many genuine interested parties. His honesty and integrity in dealing with these parties over the campaign period would have contributed significantly in achieving the high " Turn up " rate from those that had taken contracts. Very thorough and knowledgable
I was really happy with my experience with Conor Allen and WWRE. As I was selling my first property, I was a bit skeptical of the process at first but the level of service was exceptional. I was kept up to date through the whole process with proactive communication every step of the way. The team was available for any questions I had. They guided me through what needed to happen. I received advice but not in a pushy way, it was very consultative and helpful. I appreciated the skills and knowledge of the current real estate market that was provided and the realistic expectations that were set along the way. The level of detail provided about the opens and advertising of the property plus prospective buyers was exceptional and way beyond what anyone else i know who has sold property has experienced. The whole process was smooth, with helpful knowledgeable advice and I was extremely happy with the final result of the sale. I would definitely recommend Conor and WWRE to family and friends and would use them again.

Excellent Agent
Warwick Williams Real Estate managed our Drummoyne property for over 10 years. We always found them to be pro active and on top of everything in respect to the rental side of the property (Property Manager James Kirrane) and when it came time to sell Property Consultant Jacki Williams was excellent. Great Service
Selling the house that has been the only home your children have ever known is a hard thing to do, but I found that both Warwick and Jackie Williams showed utmost sympathy and professionalism in the way they handled the entire process. Warwick & Jackie have a wealth of knowledge of the local area. They set realistic expectations on the current market situation and were able to attract and negotiate an outcome far greater than was originally expected. Sale of 22 Mons St Russell Lea
