Professional knowledgeable agent who cares!!
I have transacted real estate for over thirty years and dealt with numerous agents. I chose Jacki to recently guide and sell our family home and can say without hesitation that Jacki has stood out to me as the most professional, knowledgeable and caring agent I have dealt with. Wish I would have used her services for all my prior transactions. Professional, Friendly and Trustworthy
Selling a family estate can be quite a daunting task, particularly if you are not overly experienced in the real estate market. This is what makes it imperative that you select the best possible agent to represent you in the sale of your property. That involves research, research and more research, followed by a dose of "gut feeling"! Jacki Williams of Warwick Williams Real Estate, is living proof that ethical and trustworthy agents still exist and it gave my family great comfort knowing that she was managing the sales process on our behalf during a very stressful time. Being regularly updated on a weekly basis, but more importantly, not always "sugar coating" a week's events, certainly helped us maintain a clear perspective of the current market and where our propertry fit in. Jacki's personal touch and experience in dealing with some very awkward situations along the way also provided great comfort. If and when the time arises where I again require the services of a real estate agent, my choice will be a pretty easy one!

Morgan was wonderful we where running quite late for the open inspection he patiently waited for us and was helpful in every way. He's been very attentive to our needs at all times. Genuine Professional
