I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with Sam. Our land was a tough sell in a very remote area. Her knowledge and encouragement throughout the entire process was extremely valuable. Sam was very professional, went above and beyond to help with sale of property dealing with an elderly lady who had been in her property for 65 years and working with the conveyance side of the property with someone who doesn't live in Tasmaina. Sam even came to visit the vendor in her new home. Very happy to have had the privelidge to list my home with Sam

I found Sam very knowledgeable , she took the time to explain the process of selling a home ,and did not pressure me to sell the house through her. Even if someone had not requested to see my house in particular she would take potential buyers through. Sam has a happy personality which gives you confidence in her ,there was always feedback after a client had been through the house which I appreciated. If I ever decide to sell a property again I wouldn’t hesitate to ask Sam .
