A killer deal

This is a well overdue review of Charles performance as my RE Agent. I came across Charles quite accidentally while trying to negotiate a private sale of my ex-apartment. From the first minute, I knew that Charles is "the guy". I really liked the "not beating around the bush" approach and absents of sale gimmicks I am accustomed to from RE agents with over-inflated egos. The was not push to over-price the sale with nonsense add-ons, other services and costs. That was very impressive. However, this pales in contrast to the price Charles managed to negotiate. It was fantastic! As some say: there is a deal, a good deal and the Disneyland deal. Well, Charles managed to negotiate the Disneyland deal, or possibly even better. All was done very efficiently and in an expedient manner. Overall, I find Charles honest and down to earth and it was a pleasure dealing with him. If I am in the need to sell other property I will definitely get in touch with Charles. Thanks mate!
