Couldn’t find a more genuine agent - loads of experience and a great guy!

What an absolute gem of a guy! I’ve been in touch with several local agents over the years contemplating selling our home. Rich was the first person who came to mind when we decided it was time to sell. Every conversation I’ve had with Rich has left me feeling more and more confident in his abilities as an agent and more importantly, his integrity, honesty and transparency as a genuinely great human being. He went above and beyond several times and showed us he we could trust him through the entire process. His experience, knowledge and advice is second to none. Rich was in constant communication with us, keeping us updated at every turn, he was always available whenever we needed him and despite a turbulent settlement day, he stepped right up and helped us handle all the obstacles. Now we’re in our forever home and can’t thank Rich enough. He made the entire process so much easier and smoother for us. We felt like we were in such good hands the whole time, 100% wouldn’t recommend an agent more than Rich!
