About Justin

I’m a hands-on business owner with an infectious enthusiasm for real estate. I started my career at Kim Pitman Realty at just 21. I’ve now been in the game for over 15 years. Along the way I’ve worked for a number of different franchises and even owned a Harcourts office. But nothing beats the thrill of building your own brand! In 2005, Watt Realty launched into the market in a burst of hot pink! Almost a decade later we’re a force to be reckoned with. My experience spans multiple property cycles. I’ve navigated every type of market and every conceivable contract situation. Everyday I get to work with great clients and for me that’s what it’s all about. As an independent agency we don’t have accolades and awards to spruik. Just our name, reputation and results. I’m unashamedly proud of my brand, my team and our achievements as an office!

Hello. Here at WATT REALTY we create experiences that redefine expectations, add serious value and make real estate feel less realestatey. Our vision was to create a business that was refreshingly different. A business that made selling, buying, renting and landlording an exciting, seamless experience. Watt Realty started before it was cool for young people to etch out a career in real estate. We were a team of two, who believed in working your ass off and never giving up. It was hard work and lots of it. The phone rang and we answered. 400 thousand calls, 10 thousand clients and 10 years later, we’re still answering. Albeit with many more Watt-lings. Service that wows is our non-compromising obligation. We strive to share knowledge, change lives and side-step markets.

Fantastic Knowledge
