He stays ahead of legislative changes through continual training and manages every property with the same care and diligence he applies to his own. Jo began her real estate career in 2008, following a successful tenure in corporate agency sales within the travel and airline industry. After qualifying as a Property Manager, she quickly progressed to Head of Department for a respected Perth-based agency, where she managed a large portfolio and led a team of eight property managers. In 2013, Jo obtained her full real estate licence and went on to purchase the agency she had been working with, following the retirement of its owners. She successfully ran the business for over a decade, specialising in both residential and commercial sales and leasing, and building a strong reputation in the Western Australian market. After selling the rent roll in 2023, Jo made the move to Queensland in 2024 to be closer to family and embrace the Sunshine Coast lifestyle. Now part of the team at Watts Property Group, Jo brings a wealth of experience, professionalism, and a genuine passion for property to her clients.

With over 20 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, Kathy has built a career around understanding people and helping them achieve their goals. Her background spans high school physical education teaching, serving as a national training manager for a fitness college, and successfully owning and operating gyms and personal training businesses. This same passion for people and service inspired Kathy’s transition into Property Management. Since purchasing her first investment property in 2000, she has understood the importance of having a manager who treats each property with genuine care. Kathy brings a people-first approach, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong commitment to excellence to every property she manages.
