Perfect tenant in a speedy time frame

I was able to secure a 3 bedroom house, close to beach with a pet dog. After changing property managers to Eastell & Co following the retirement of our previous property manager, I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions we've made. Not long after they took over managing our property, our tenants moved out and there was a significant amount of work to organise before the new tenants could move in.
