We have both bought and sold through Michelle and her long-term experience of the local Noosa market and her expertise meant that we did not consider anybody else when we decided to market our Sunshine Beach property. She was in daily communication with us, which was reassuring as the sale process was further complicated by both the sellers and the buyers all being outside the country and in different time-zones at the contract stage, but Michelle calmly dealt with those obstacles!
