Being a fourth generation local and a descendant of one of the pioneers of the Hastings area, Natasha brings a wealth of knowledge of Wauchope and its surrounding areas. Over the years Natasha has seen the growth and progress of the local communities and business and consequently local Real Estate. Beginning her career in real estate in 2006 in an administrative capacity, Natasha moved into sales roles in 2014. In 2016 she was entrusted by land developers as the exclusive selling agent to market and sell the new estate,”Beechwood Meadows”, which she continue's to do to this day. Natasha has also contributed to the land sales at Frazers Creek, resulting in over 80 vacant residential and lifestyle blocks being sold and also countless property sales within the Wauchope Real Estate team. Natasha knows that high levels of honesty, communication and consistency are the cornerstones of successfully working with vendors and buyers, her impressive sales results are testament to her dedication to ensuring her vendor’s best interests are always realised. Natasha initiated the Wauchope Junior Summer Touch football competition that has been going from strength to strength each year.

Neroli is the definition of a true local, growing up on the family farm in Rollands Plains and going to High School in Port Macquarie. Being a descendant of the first settlers to this area, and having grown up here, Neroli’s knowledge of Port Macquarie, Wauchope and surrounds is a rare and unique attribute, which she proudly brings to the Wauchope Real Estate. Having spent 20 years in the banking industry prior to her real estate career, Neroli has an excellent all round knowledge of both finance and property. As a real estate agent for the past 22 years working in Wauchope and in Port Macquarie and also as Proprietor of her own franchise for many years, Neroli has won multiple state and national accolades including No 1 National Property Manager, and No 1 Property Manager for NSW. One of Neroli’s strength’s is in negotiating, with great empathy and understanding of her Clients' needs, bearing in mind at all times that a person’s home is their most precious possession and an important investment. She credits her specialist knowledge of both sales and property management for her success in the industry as a sales person. Describing her career in real estate as her true vocation and “niche in life”, Neroli has also purchased, sold and renovated her own properties. She is dedicated, determined, enthusiastic, honest, hard working, and most importantly – caring of her clients and their situation. Neroli is also very proud of her two sons, Scott and Simon (31 & 30 respectively) who enjoy busy careers in Sydney and Brisbane. During her real estate career Neroli has organised numerous fund raising events for worthwhile causes including Make A Wish Foundation, “Bubbles N Bling, Girls Night In” (Cancer in Women), as well as the local hospital - her work ethic demonstrating how she has reached such celebrated heights in the industry. Looking after people “as I would like to be looked after” and putting the best outcome together to create client’s for life, has been the foundation to Neroli’s success. Neroli feels blessed to be able to meet different people on a daily basis and revels in the challenges that each day brings.

Born and raised in Wauchope, Matt has spent his entire working life in customer service roles, ensuring an intimate understanding of the needs and expectations of clients and customers alike. With this comes an impressive enthusiasm and dedication in his role as an agent. Matt has a strong connection with our local community and has been involved in numerous sporting teams.
