Great service with sale price exceeding expectations

We engaged Kate to sell our property having had great experiences with the property management side of their business. Our property was tenanted and Kate worked with our tenants to make the process easy for them and us. Kate was communicative through the whole sale process, updating us regularly, and achieve a price for our property that exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!

Above & Beyond

As an ex Realestate Principal I have a high standard. My country property sale had some unexpected difficulties to complicate the process. A theft and tenant issues. She attended to these in a professional and positive manner with good outcomes. Some of these are ongoing and she is seeing these through to completion even though settlement has occurred. Professional in her approach, I found her to be genuine and honest, which is a rarity in the realestate industry. I am very happy with the whole experience and the price. I have been very confident in recommending Kate to friends who have also been delighted with their selling journey with her.

Fabulous Agent. Couldn't be happier ☺️

Kate was very impressive from our first meeting right thru to settlement. She organised all the trades to fix up the property, organised the dressing of the property and then had the property sold, over the advertised price, within a fortnight. All through the process, Kate kept me up to date and all her communications were friendly but professional. I could not be happier with how easy Kate made the sale of my property. I would 100% recommend Kate to anyone who is in the market to sell their property.

Fantastic

After having the worst experience with previous property management we were skeptical however WeConnect were amazing. Great systems. Great communication and then when we needed to reno the property for sale they coordinated so much for us. Highly recommended the team.

Awesome experience

Natalie and the team were outstanding from day 1 looking after the rental for many years. Then went over and above when it came to selling the property. Natalie took care of every detail to the point that all paperwork was brought to me due to illness and ensured the process was completed stress free for me which I am extremely grateful to her.
