Sam was the natural person to turn to when we wanted to sell our house as he had sold it to us and his office was just around the corner. He knows the house quite well and worked well with us during the process. He was flexible and we worked well together when determining price points and how to sell it. The advertising was pretty good, cost effective and we were able to have input, but with guidance from Sam, on how we should market the house. The house sold a little under what we were hoping but about the figure that we realistically thought we would get. It all went very smoothly.
