I hadn't rented for many many years and after selling my home and moving to Bargara I needed to rent a property until I find something to purchase. From my first contact with Vivian, I knew I was in good hands as she took the time to explain the process in detail. After I moved into the rental I did need to contact Vivian a few times to get a couple of issues resolved.... she was onto everything as soon as she was made aware of the issue.
