Ryan told us a price he’d hope to get then smashed that price by about $90k. He was helpful the whole way through and had our home sold within about a week. Whilst the money is great what makes Ryan my agent of choice is his honesty. I’ve known him a while now and whenever I had a local real estate question I knew asking Ryan would give me the right answer. Maybe not the answer I wanted but the honest one.
