It was difficult time for me when purchasing. Being transferred for work and juggling that along with the mortgage application and moving process, Ryan was unbelievably helpful. He was knowledgeable and helpful with all aspects. He was willing to make calls after hours and really did alot more than the average agent. Being a new town for me, he directed me to which conveyancers to use to who does the best building and pest inspection. Going forward, I wouldn't use anyone else in my future real estate needs.
