Great experience with this agent. Despite not being able to come in person for property inspection, they arranged for me whatsapp viewing and have been very efficient and straight forward in organizing everything from viewing the property to signing the lease. Excellent!

From the day I looked at the home I am in, Anita was very welcoming with anybody that came through. Anita gave me a call on the Friday to tell me I have got the house. From then on it has so good if anything need to be done, Anita will contact the owners to let them problem I hear back the same day, this is the first property manager that lives up to her name. Murray Wellington and his team at Wellington Barber did a fantastic job leasing our property in a very tight market. Their advice during the leasing period ensured we had a tenant within 2 home opens. This meant that when our previous happy tenants moved out our new happy tenants moved in 2 days later.
