In the very stagnant market, Ross was able to find an investor to buy our property in Cloverdale. His determination to see the deal through and his communication skills both with the Buyer and myself made sure that all went through smoothly. The Buyer had a limited vocabulary in English and also some cultural differences in regards to business negotiations.
