Michael was exceptional with his market knowledge. During the open house inspection phase, there was always minimal 5-10 parties inspecting the property and at auction day.. Michael was able to bring the interested parties as registered bidder at auction day which an over above expectation result was achieved from this process. I could not fault his communication skills. At no times during the selling phase I was not kept in the dark, he explained/ clarified every step and expectation of the results. This helps myself to agree the final reserve price with Michael and his partner George. Michael’s professional skills were also excellent. He displayed these traits during the inspection and selling phase to ensure the best result was achieved to the vendor. To conclude, I would highly recommend Michael if you are going to sell your properties.
