Great Agent
Rob was more than happy to show us through houses and to update us on the market in Horsham. He made sure we were able to see through houses we wanted to look at in a timely fashion and gave us time and space to think about things. He has also been very accommodating in helping us gain access to the house before settlement in order to check/measure things and to get tradesmen through to quote on jobs that we would like to do before we move in.

If you are serious about selling for a fair price in a timely fashion Rob is your man. With extensive experience and knowledge of the market Rob will get your property sold while others are sitting going cold. No over inflated valuations to get your listing. I got my full asking price!
The house took longer than anticipated to sell but in the end I got a fabulous deal. Full asking price and short settlement. Couldn’t ask for more really.

Very good agent
Robert was very helpful with suggestions for preparing my home for marketing. He has a good knowledge of property values and the marketing strategies he suggested resulted in a quick sale. He was on vacation by the time the property actually came on to the market, but his colleagues at the Wes Davidson agency handled the selling sensitively and efficiently.
