Rob is an excellent Agent with lots of knowledge and expertise in the industry. The outcomes and communication was very good with a clear plan of attack and regular contact. The advice prior to listing and presentation tips were m invaluable to gain the best outcome, I think for both the myself as vendor and the buyer

Robert Dolan provided exceptional guidance and advice when I decided it was time to sell my house. I sat down with Robert and discussed a range of selling options that best suited my situation. He explained every step of the selling process and recommended what he thought was the best outcome for me. He kept in regular contact with me during the selling process, and had sale contacts signed within 7 days of listing the house. He achieved above asking price (due to the amount of interest he generated with potential buyers). I couldn’t speak highly enough of Robert and the team at Wes Davidson Real Estate.

We were extremely nervous when we first contacted Wes Davidson Real Estate as we were about to sell our family home and move out of the area. Robert and Kristyn came to our home and we immediately felt at ease. They were professional at all times, but most of all they were kind. Our home sold in four weeks. It was a seamless process with input from the entire team. We couldn’t be happier.

We have had a great experience with Robert regarding the sale of our first family home. Rob was professional, persistent and supportive with our sale from start to finish. He ensured that we received regular feedback and check-ins on sale progression, reflecting his great communication and professional integrity. Our family felt that Rob and his team went above and beyond to make us feel supported, valued and confident in the realestate process. His ability to generate large interest to potential buyers of our property was impressive. This ensured that our house was off the market and onto its next owner very fast. A great agent, smooth process and a positive experience.
