We commend William Khalil for all his hard work in making sure that the rental property we are moving in to is in a livable condition. There were issues with some white goods left and cleanliness of the place and William and his team worked hard to communicate with the landlord to ensure this was addressed before our final move in date while at the same time keeping us in the loop. Mary Khalil was also willing to go above and beyond by offering to speak to the our previous agent and the removalist company should we need to reschedule the move out date from the old place. All issues were resolved and we managed to move in just in time and not be homeless :)
