I am one who has been very skeptical of RE agents and definitely had our fair share of horrible experiences with agents during our 8 months of searching for my wife and I's first home and first property purchase. My skeptical views were the same when we came across Mary Khalil during the open home of what is now our home. Let me say my negative views towards agents was quickly put at rest when dealing with Mary. She has been an absolute blessing in every way and we couldn't believe how fast and honest she made the process from the minute we asked for the property contract, to the offer and then the settlement. Every agent of course is there for the best interest of the seller, however it was a breath of fresh air and true relief to find out that Mary was also there for our best interest. She is by far the most genuine, honest, hard working no mucking around RE agent we have ever met and I know many in the field and too have come across many. We can't thank enough Mary and Danielle for making the process quick and straight forward for us, doing business with Mary is our absolute pleasure and we hope to do so again in the future.
