John Murray's Sales Associate Frances Matters was a delight to deal with
We have been looking for a holiday house off and on for a long time and often have been put off with our previous dealings with the realestate agents. Everything just seemed like hard work for them and as the South Coast has taken off in the era of COVID, personally I think meany of them don't really feel the need to work too hard because property seems to sell itself.
My Dealings with John Murray Whale Coast realty and especially Frances has been the complete opposite. Apart from a call to congratulate us we didn't deal directly with John, but that is probably as it should be as his Sales assistant Frances managed the sale in a fantastic way so no need for him to be directly involved, which I imagine is a positive reflection on him as well.
We on the spur of the moment on a Friday thought we liked the look of the property and rang up to see if they could fit us in the next day and as we were driving from and the back to Sydney that day our time window was pretty narrow. None of that was a issue for them. Frances met us there at a time that suited us, was knew the property and local area well and answered all our question in an honest and efficient manner.
We asked for a few more details about rents and the adjacent land and that was all provided in an efficient and timely manner.
Negotiating on price was again done openly and honestly and with pretty minimal fuss we came to an arrangement that all parties were happy with. Again with previous experience with this this has not always been the case.
Again post settlement arranging access so we can do some measurements so we can tee up all our deliveries has again been done efficiently and with a smile.
All in all I can't really find anything to mark either Frances or the Agency down on, would happily deal with them again in the future.
Being from out of town we also opted for a local conveyancer and have found Wendy Cowie from Sapphire Coast Conveyancing excellent to deal with.
