John Murray sold our beautiful , large house here in Narooma within 3 weeks of being given the conjunction rights, & he sold it for the amount we wanted. During the last 3 years, we had listed our home with every agent in Narooma, & , whilst it nearly did sell a couple of times,, it remained unsold until John listed it. In all fairness it was a " difficult " house to sell, as the asking price was around 50% to 75 % higher than the averages price of houses for sale ( in Narooma ). John was always polite, well informed & would listen...an art that not many salespeople understand. Well done, John.

Thanks John for a great job getting the price we wanted for our beautiful house opposite Carters beach. John Murray sold my house in North Narooma in a shorter time period than expected. I was overseas when the house sold and was informed what needed to be done every step of the way. If I did not know how to do something - John or Kim would tell me how to do it so I did not have to get flustered. There seem to be more and more forms these days than ever before. John's has excellent knowledge of the Narooma/Dalmeny area. The advertising was very professional and his pre-sale contact with prospective buyers was key to a successful outcome. His appraisal was spot on we sold in a short time at the top end of the appraisal. I was the beneficiary of his negation skills with prospective buyers. I would highly recommend John.
