John Murray recently helped us purchase a house in Dalmeny NSW. John was very helpful; provided great insights and advice; was not at all pushy but never-the-less ensured that he understood what we were interested in; and was very patient with us. He left us feeling that his local knowledge of the South Coast area was unbeatable and we really trusted his advice. John's team provided us with quite a lot of support as well and we felt we were dealing with a very professional, courteous, supportive and diligent real estate business.

John was great to work with, he had suggestions to get the property ready for market to get the property ready for a fast sale. John has exceeded our expectations & would recommend him as an agent & an all-round nice bloke. Cheers Gabby & Matt.

I have to say what a great job you did marketing the unit, Bryan. The video presentation of the property was just outstanding. Your professional approach and communication showed just how knowledgeable you are with the local market and its buyers/sellers. This was evident when you had the property sold in under three weeks (and at the price I had set). I would not hesitate to recommend you and your team at Whale Coast Realty to any prospective property seller or purchaser as your knowledge of the local market has been proven. Dan Field Narooma.

Being a local himself, Bryan has an amazing knowledge of the local area and realistic perspective when it comes to the market. From the start he was very helpful and supportive. As a result, I am more than happy with the outcome. I would not hesitate to recommend Bryan to any property vendors.
