Exactly what I hoped for in an agent!
Carlie was exactly what I was hoping for in an agent: professional, friendly and approachable. She has such a lovely manner and is really easy to deal with. I was also impressed by how much she cares for the buyers, as well. She also knows the area like the back of her hand. She really is the best!

Every step of the way we were kept informed and able to share the decision making. Follow ups were regular and feedback on every home open, viewing or inquiry was precise and in depth. Excellent advice, Best outcome
you could feel you were Connie's only client - she was across every aspect throughout our purchase which did not end once the contract was signed. she willingly negotiated on our behalf with the sellers on several points, offered us excellent advice and achieved the best outcome for all involved. I'm a bit in awe of the clarity she brought to the whole process. Connie turned a potentially fraught experience into an enjoyable one.

On the ball, Consistent support
Connie was on the ball, keeping in constant contact ensuring we were on track for all home opens, and was actually relentless ensuring we had our property in pristine conditions (ensuring everything was compliant to Australian Standards and in good working order). I/we cannot thank Connie and her side kick (Tom) for their consistent support even going beyond to assist in the troubles we had in buying a new property with a different consultant.
