we have spoken over the phone regarding the sale of the property and Raj has given me valuable insight to increase the property value. he helped me to get the place cleaned and tidy for inspections. went through with me step by step what is going to happen. eventually, we auctioned the house with the house being sold at the auction. he kept me informed over the phone regarding auction bidding. it was a pleasure to work with Raj.

I approached Raj, because he kept in touch with me regularly and was there to guide me when I needed his expertise, not once did he think that I am wasting his time and provided right vibes. It was no brainer for me that I decided to go with Raj when I wanted to sell because his name was only recall I had in and around Plumpton as rest of the crowd never bothered to keep in touch. Raj was very proactive and provided all relevant information regarding my sale when I approached him. He knew the market at the back of his hand and provided me a realistic picture of market and set my expectation correctly. Right from arranging the house for sale to setting up open inspections, and arranging minor works himself he has taken lot of work on to himself than putting it on me. The offer that was presented to me was the best to my expectation and realistic in current market situation. The overall experience has been very good, especially the communication and approachability. I highly recommend Raj and would do business with him again without hesitation.
