I really admire Prem's professionalism and enthusiastic when dealing with him. He has great communication skills and knows the market well. Very pleasant, helpful and smart looking, thanks for your great services Prem. Prem was/has been a true gentlemen to deal with. He was not only interested in showing us the properties we requested, he was pro-active in determining our needs and suggested other properties (including upcoming) which might suit. As a result, we were successful in finding what suited our needs. Well done!

Prem was a gem to work with, he was transparent, concise and very accommodating. He was able to adjust his schedule to suit ours and was readily available at short notice. He was very thorough and informative throughout the whole process. My family and I felt at ease and were not rushed into making any rash decisions. If you want a true professional, I would look no further than Prem and the team at Area Specialists, Burnside. (Special mention to Raj who also assisted the process).
