Raj is extremely professional and knowledgeable in the real-estate field. He is passionate about what he is doing. Raj is so easy to engage , friendly and most importantly, always available at for us! There are times where we needed to contact Raj but it is after hour, and Raj always answers his phone or call us back straight away. Raj listened to us and did not push us to something which we didn't want. It was always approached in consensus to what he was saying about the property market and what we wanted to achieve. We are very happy with the result. We listed with Sweeney and they had our property for 3 months not being able to achieve anything at all and when we had offers, it was very far from our desired price. We were always chasing their agent for updates. At the end of the contract, we contacted Raj and within a couple of weeks, we got sold. He also went above and beyond, helping us shift a few furnitures knowing I suffered from a back injury. He also gave us a lot of advise on how to style the property. I highly recommend Raj and his team, in the same way he was highly recommended to us by somebody we know and trust.

I have known Raj for over many years and know how good he is, as I have bought a property from him in the past. However, this is the first I have ever sold a property and was very nervous about it.
