Flo instantly became part of the family. From his initial visit I knew I picked the correct agent which is why I've used Flo to sell 2 of my properties. He has never missed a call, never failed to answer a question, follow up on quirry, and has continually shown he will go above and beyond to get the best price possible. On more then 1 occasion Flo has worked well past 10.00pm for me, up to and including the day he secured the sale of my second property. After negotiating a price between 3 potential buyers, Flo messaged me, then called me, and finally came over to personally tell me the good news that he had successful secured a price with a buyer that was well over my expectations.
