Jason was very personable and easy to work with. He explained everything from the beginning and was an adept communicator throughout the whole process. He had a good understanding of the market that was aligned to our own independent research and so there was no misalignment of expectations. We chose an auction strategy even though auction clearance rates in the region had been declining in recent months with clearances less than 50% or lower, however it gave us more control and with the marketing campaign we ran we were able to secure a sale prior to auction date.
