Starting out in the industry over 8 years ago for a well known agency, Gavin possessed early on the drive and determination to successfully list and sell real estate for record prices. Great person to have on your side! Open, honest, great communicator and supportive.

I would highly recommend Gabriel. I am very happy with the result achieved by Gabriel in selling my property. The process had its interesting scenarios, like dealing with an out of state buyer’s agent, SMSF buyer and miscommunications between my solicitor and his agency. However. Gabriel was supportive, always friendly and kept checking up and communicating what was happening. He was very much on my side and I felt like he was working for me. I was actually the one who was probably less invested in the sale then he was. It shows his commitment to his client, he was amazing even to the the final day of settlement he was the one following up and getting things done. Couldn’t be happier and will recommend to everyone. We met with several agents to appraise our home, and while they were all lovely, Bodene immediately stood out. She combined market knowledge, statistics, a clear strategy and a warm, confident personality that gave us complete confidence she was the right person to sell our home. We were understandably nervous about selling in what many considered a slower market and had prepared ourselves for every “what if” scenario. Instead, at our very first open home we received a full-price offer from a lovely family relocating to Googong. Our home exchanged just a few days after being listed on Allhomes—an outcome we had hoped for but never expected.
