Amazing agent!

Cheyne is an amazing agent! We couldn’t have found anyone better to sell our home. Cheyne is professional, easy to talk with and very attentive. She put both us and potential buyers at ease. A very competent no pressure agent that made selling from interstate easy.

Peter sold my aging Auntie's unit in South Melbourne without hassle and was very respectful of our particular circumstances and constraints. His no pressure easy manner was a significant reason for selecting him as our agent. During my visit to Melbourne to prepare the unit for sale I had unforeseen carpet installation to get done and Peter recommended a company who was able to complete in a matter of days. The administration support was always prompt and everything went smoothly. The sale price realized was less than desired but reasonable under the circumstances. I can easily recommend Peter and his team.

Highly professional, knowledagble, likeable person

Having chosen Peter over three other agencies proved highly successful. I was most impressed with Peter's advice re advertising and reserve price. While both were quite different from my own idea, his predictions were completely right, leading to an excellent result.
