Angus has ably managed our two investment properties in the Stockland Balgowlah development for the past ten years and sold them both on our behalf in the past year, both sales exceeding our price expectation. We live outside Sydney. For our recent sale Angus undertook refurbishment of the apartment. His team organised re-painting, re-carpeting, cleaning and furniture staging. The end result?
