About Laetitia

With 14 years real estate experience, Laetitia thrives and thoroughly enjoys interacting with people of all walks of life. Laetitia is a Specialist Property Manager and loves all things Property Management. Laetitia truly believes that Property Management is all about the people, and she takes great pride in nurturing relationships, building new relationships and working together with her clients to achieve their property needs and goals. Laetitia commenced her career in Real Estate in 2010, starting in Reception, while studying to obtain her real estate license. Throughout the years, she has worked her way up the ranks and worked in every Property Management Role. This has gained Laetitia a wealth of knowledge of the industry, obtained a unique set of skills, and the experience you would look for and expect in a Property Manager. She is passionate, professional, down to earth and relatable. She performs well under pressure and a great problem solver. She prides herself on reading people and situations well. She holds all the qualities required including excellent time management, organizational skills and a positive attitude. Being a guest speaker at trade conferences, I am passionate about empowering others seeking careers in Property Management.
