She provided positive and constructive feedback during tenancy inspections, which helped me to look after the property and ensured I got my full bond returned. After I vacated the property, I had accidentally left some personal items behind and she even kept these safe for me until I was able to come by and pick them up, which I really appreciate.

It was a pleaseure to meet Vin Nguyen the Property Manager of Marando Real estate when I was looking for a rental for my father as he was transitioning down from Newcastle. I found Vin to be very professional, full of expertise and local knowledge, besides being very friendly and pleasant to deal with. Having never rented before, I felt that Vin understood our family situation well and made our family feel at ease at all times.
