The extremely accurate property description and the inclusion of the video from the sellers, meant that onsite confirmation was the only thing left to do, and if that matched, we knew that we would be able to proceed to offer. This sale also introduced us to Melissa Jackson. Whilst Rob listed the property and was there for the pre purchase inspection, he was away for the period in which we made the initial enquiry and first visited the house. Melissa was my point of contact, conducted the offer process and continued with all of the "other" tasks. I cannot speak highly enough of Melissa. In fact, our solicitor made mention of Melissa as well for her diligence and communication. I was initially going to list my property with another agent in Hervey Bay until I was asked to start making payments to the marketing plan.This was going to be difficult as I had no funds at all. Pam Dowden , my partners friend suggested I get in touch with Rob Whitney. Rob promptly came to see me and give me his opinion about selling my property. When I mentioned my financial position, Rob was prepared to wait until I had sold the property to be paid for the marketing . I had to fly off overseas during the planned auction ,open houses and negotiations. Rob and Melissa kept my partner up to speed and worked closely with Robyn on every issue. When I came back from overseas, to be honest, Id lost enthusiasm for the sale. Thankfully Rob and Melissa were still doing their job and pushing the house on all fronts. My house did sell much to the benefit of my health and happiness. Buying a house is one of the most stressful things that can happen in your life, but Rob and Melissa made our journey extremely easy and stress free. Melissa, in particular, responded to each and every one of our questions and queries regarding the property usually getting back to us in the same day. Our "settlement package" was awesome. Not only did it include all the information we could possibly want regarding Hervey Bay, but also electoral enrolment forms and, to top if off, a great voucher for dinner at Wild Lotus. What a lovely gesture. We will certainly be recommending Rob Whitney to any prospective buys and sellers in the area.

Rob worked very well with getting people through the house, which the other agents hadn't really been able to do.
