Katie conducted all our meetings whether in person or over the in a warm and very friendly manner.
Katie's was always very professional in her manner with a lovely smile and a great sense of humour. At all times when dealing with her, we felt comfortable and well cared for. Katie's understood our concerns and our needs and her knowledge about Real Estate especially in the area where the property was sold was spot on! Her availability, support, knowledge and confidence (as well as the other team members from Williams Real Estate that we dealt with) helped us achieve a result that happily exceeded our expectations.

John was proactive in assisting us with getting ready for the sale - including advising on documents to prepare, advice to tenants, arranging tradesman to attend to minor matters to fix in preparation for sale, smoothing the whole sale process smooth. His advice to us demonstrated an awareness of the market and his experience in arranging for a campaign leading up to an auction, and then negotiating the sale. Very happy with service and would not hesitate in recommending him to others
