We cannot recommend Katie Smith and the team at Williams real estate more highly. This is the third property we have sold with the help and guidance of Katie. Each and every property Katie has sold for us has exceeded our expectations. Katie has worked diligently to ensure we have had the best possible price and outcome on each property. They have all sold above what we've thought possible, with minimal inconvenience. Well done to Katie and the team. Not only are they a fabulous sales team, but wonderful property managers also! Our only complaint is that they are not in Tasmania! We will miss Katie and the Williams team very much.. You cannot really put a price on peace of mind and trust and faith in your agent!
