Brilliant!

Katie made selling our house a seamless and stress free experience. She was always available to answer any of our questions. With her knowledge of the area she helped us better understand the market. Her team was professional and very helpful all the way through. When selling a house I would highly recommend Katie.

Best agent ever!

Katie and the Williams team are incredible. Not only did they she a great price for us, but she also did it in a global pandemic under stage 4 restrictions! Katie's local knowledge of the market and her attention to detail about the area influenced our decision to go with her. It was the little touches, every year she'd send a bottle of wine on the anniversary of us buying the house (even though she didn't sell it to us), we requested a valuation 12 months prior to selling and she suggested holding until prices rose (she was right to hold), she genuinely wanted the best result for us and our family. I couldn't recommend her more.
