We found ourselves, having lost our mum and having to put dad into full time care, having to sell their home in order to fund dad's care. All of this in not the ideal market. I met with three agents and from the moment I met Joey I sensed that he was completely genuine. He didn't just talk, he listened. He never pressured or coerced us in any way. He said what he was going to do and he did it. He is such a hard worker: he coordinated all the various tradespeople to come and fix the house and garden, (and it was a big job). Every agent has tradies they recommend but he was the only one I met willing to coordinate them all, taking the burden from us. If we had to do it it would have taken us years! The house was styled beautifully. He made us feel, throughout the whole process, that we could trust him and we never second guessed him. We didn't have to. My sisters and I understood from our experience that even if we didn't get an ideal outcome that we could not have asked for a better person for the job. The fact that we also got an amazing outcome is also due to his professionalism and incredible work ethic. I cannot sing Joey's praises highly enough! I would never even go looking again for an agent. He is my number one by a mile!
