Joey was a great agent, easy to communicate with and he helped me through the process,as I was in Queensland on holiday while trying to purchase in Balaclava! The entire process went very smoothly and I would not hesitate to recommend him to my friends and family. Even when asking him personal questions about the neighbours Joey was professional at all times and gave me great advice.

I found Joey to be an honest, friendly guy that listened to all our questions and concerns and guided us exceptionally well through one of life's biggest stresses. We got a great result and the end price was definitely higher because of Joeys expertise. Thanks so much!!

I think that Joey went out of his way to keep us informed of status after we had put in our offer to the vendor. Whilst working to get the best result for the vendor I also think he balanced our interests in the negotiations.

We were extremely happy with Joey as our agent to sell our apartment and were equally satisfied with regard to us buying a new unit. Joey has many contacts with individuals looking to buy in our area. He was able to bring people through to inspect our apartment within a couple of days of our discussion to sell. Joey kept in touch during the negotiation process and we were extremely happy with the outcome. Selling an apartment can be an anxious experience, however, Joey made the experience easy and calm. Thank you Joey for your assistance.

I was planning to sell my property through another agent, and Joey approached me unprompted, and mentioned he had sold some similar properties and may have a buyer who was interested. Over the course of 10 days, from first contact through to signing; Joey was extremely clear, candid; and straightforward. I felt confident he was representing my interests well. His dynamism paid off, with a strong result for me as vendor. Equally the buyer obtained the property without the pain of auction. Joey delivered in spades, and put in significant leg work in a scenario where his fee was more at risk than usual. I have no hesitation in recommending him, and will seek him out for future property transactions

Really happy with Joey from start to finish. I interviewed several other agents to sell my home and Joey was streets ahead of the others in terms of local knowledge and expertise. He made me feel confident about the sale all the way through the process and was in regular communication which really made everything so much easier and less stressful. Am super happy with the outcome, I would recommend Joey to anyone who wants to make the process of selling their home a smooth and exciting transition.

My sister and I travelled from NSW to sell our unit in Caulfield. Joey and Norma met us at the unit, and immediately we felt at ease with him and comfortable. We could tell immediately he knew his stuff. We went back home to NSW and within a short time, they hold sold the unit. No hassle and no fuss. Done and dusted. We also received the asking price. If there was any back and forth with negotiations, we didn't hear about it until the final offer. The whole process was hassle-free. Thanks Joey and Norma for your fantastic work.
