It was a pleasure dealing with Joey. From our initial meeting to discuss the proposed sale, we were immediately impressed by his detailed local knowledge of the property market and ideas for the marketing of our house. The advertising material and photos that he prepared were just stunning! We were kept updated with what was happening following inspections and with the interest being shown in the property, and he was always available to answer whatever questions we had. The auction day itself was of course the highlight with Joey's expert advice being instrumental in us achieving a fantastic result. We would definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking for an exceptionally professional and nice agent!

We chose Joey from Wilsons after much research. Our decision was made after noting that Wilsons had a large market share of St Kilda East and reading the many reviews about Joey. Joey was very easy to deal with and not pushy about the fact we did not want to go to auction and wished to sell off the market. He was able to get us the price we wanted within the time frame we gave him. The whole process was very easy and I would not hesitate to use him again.

We'd be happy to recommend Joey to anyone out there selling their property. His professionalism, dedication, knowledge and integrity were great to work with and our very positive result can largely be attributed to Joey's work in the lead up to the auction.

We found Joey through ratemyagent.com.au based on his previous strong reviews, and definitely very happy that we did. Joey was extremely helpful with answering our questions, whether they were very basic or more advanced. At every turn we felt that Joey was doing everything he could to find the right buyer and get the best price possible for our property. Apart from exceeding our expectations with the sale, he also displayed a high level of care for our property and for us as clients. Joey's hard work came to fruition on auction day when we sold with a result that significantly exceeded our price expectations. I would not hesitate to sell or buy through Joey again in the future.

Joey Eckstein of Wilson Agents did a superb job in marketing this property for me. He invested heavily of himself in the whole process -- from providing guidance in preparing the property for sale all the way through to ensuring a large turnout at the auction. This ensured a very satisfactory result. Throughout he kept in close contact and responded speedily to every question I had as a vendor. I recommend him to any prospective vendor without any qualification whatsoever.
