This is the second property Joey has sold for me and he certainly didn't let me down. I've had plenty of experience with real estate agents over the years, many of them underwhelming, but my experience with Joey was head and shoulders above anything else - Joey was excellent. His customer orientation was superb, responses to messages were virtually instant at all hours, his attention to detail was phenomenal (whether that be photography or sale contract minutiae), it was clear to me that I could trust him to do the right thing, and he gave genuine strategic advice at all steps of the process. I'm an ex investment banker and now a C-suite executive, and I have worked with some impressive business minds, but I found myself repeatedly turning to Joey for his view because he has very strong commercial acumen and intuition. After we sold our place, I immediately called him to engage him to sell my mother's apartment. It was a no-brainer.
