Lauren was always quick to respond to our queries and concerns as the property manager for my and my Partner's property. She was open to negotiation and was very knowledgeable about the entire process from listing online to being rented out (and all the other ins and outs of the property management process). We listed our property during a very busy period but we were very impressed with the smoothness of the process, and successfully rented it out to a fantastic tenant. We have had absolutely no issues in the last four to six months of having her as our property manager. She is professional, empathetic, kind and very easy to talk to. Keep up the great work Lauren (and everyone else who assisted!) - I'd highly recommend her as a property manager, and we will be using her again with any future properties in the area.

Absolutely Friendly, Great Communicators, Very Professional and Efficient!

The Team at Wilson Partners (Kilmore) are so friendly and professional. They are great at communicating and their turnaround times in getting back to any questions I have had is almost immediate. They are also so efficient in getting repairs done where required and their professionalism is next to none. I highly recommend them!

Wonderful Experience

Lauren, Jess and Bianca have been brilliant! My application was lodged, assessed, approved and the lease signed all within a few days. The professionalism and friendliness of the staff was amazing. I have lived in my previous rental property for 27 years and the current real estate agents do not come close to the professionalism of the staff at Wilson Partners. They have a great relationship with the owner and this tenant. It was a wonderful, refreshing experience. Thank you Wilson Partners. 😀
